Polish Music

Voo Voo is a Polish jazz-rock band formed in 1985. The band members are:

• Wojciech Waglewski – guitar, main vocals, and lyrics.
• Mateusz Pospieszalski – saxophone, flute, bass clarinet, keyboard instruments, accordion, vocals.
• Piotr “Stopa” Żyżlewicz – drums.
• Karim Martusewicz – double-bass, bass guitar.

Krzysztof Komeda (April 8, 1931 – April 23, 1969) was a Polish film music composer and jazz pianist. He also wrote the musical scores for Roman Polanski’s films Rosemary’s Baby, Knife in the Water and Cul-de-sac.

A Polish jazz and pop singer and songwriter, Stanislaw Sojka was born in 1959 in Zory, Poland. He sings with Nick Cave in Polish versions of Into My Arms and The Weeping Song on the album Nick Cave and Friends.
