Katarzyna (Kasia) Nosowska was born on August 30, 1971, in Szczecin and is the lead singer of the Polish rock band Hey. She is also known for her solo career, which in contrast to Hey’s guitar-driven rock, delves more into electronica. Apart from writing Hey’s lyrics,she has written columns for Polish magazines. She received many awards including The Fryderyk for The Best Female Singer, The Best Songwriter and The Best Alternative Album.

Kasia Kowalska was born on June 13, 1973 in Sulejówek, Poland and is a Polish pop rock singer/songwriter/producer/actress. She writes all the lyrics on her albums by herself, reflecting a lot from her own experiences. She is considered as one of Poland’s best performing singers. The next album is scheduled to be released in the late 2008. Kasia Kowalska is also expecting her second child late Spring of 2008.

Piasek is the pseudonym of the Polish singer Andrzej Piaseczny. His song 2 Long which is the video below, was the Polish entry in th Eurovision Song Contest 2001 and was performed in English for the first time by Piasek.

Anna Jantar was a popular Polish singer who debuted in 1973. Her husband Jaroslaw Kukulski composed many of her hit songs, but unfortunately she died in the crash of LOT Polish Airlines Flight 007 in 1980 near Warsaw.
